About us

Cheshire Kitchen Resprays is a small business based in the Crewe/Nantwich area who are dedicated to making tired kitchens look like new, in a way you might not have thought of before!

Dave lives in Wistaston, Crewe. He had a long career in Sales and Marketing, before setting up his own kitchen door replacement company. It quickly became apparent that Customers were throwing away good quality kitchens to fit lower quality MDF vinyl wrapped doors, with edging tape on the cabinet edges and what is essentially sticky backed plastic on all of the end panels. Customers asked about resprays more frequently, so he started doing resprays using the companies that were around at the time. The painting work from these companies was OK, but they couldn’t re-fit kitchens, leaving wonky doors, drawers that didn’t fit properly, and pelmets and cornice with huge gaps in the joints. After becoming more and more frustrated at the negative feedback from the work carried out by these respray companies, he asked a friend of his, who had a huge amount of experience in kitchen fitting, furniture restoration and joinery to respray a kitchen. That was in 2014, and Cheshire Kitchen Resprays was born. We have since restored and revitalised over 300 kitchens.

Oliver lives in Nantwich. He is a time served joiner who has over 20 years experience of fitting kitchens, bespoke carpentry and furniture restoration. He has a huge focus on detail, and will make every effort to leave you with a perfectly finished kitchen, with a hard wearing, smooth lacquer coating, and clean, straight lines on all of the doors, drawer fronts, cornice, pelmet and plinths.

Our workshop is just outside Audlem. We work within a 15 mile radius of Nantwich, including Crewe, Shavington, Nantwich, Sandbach, Audlem, Wrenbury, Alsager, Haslington and Whitchurch.

We like to go the extra mile!

We can take a kitchen door or drawer front that is looking a little bit tired:

We spend as much time as it needs to prepare your doors and drawer fronts to get them ready for painting, even if it means going back to the bare wood:

We prime, sand, prime, and rub down again until the surfaces are as smooth as possible before we spray the final coloured lacquer. We want your doors to look like new when we re-fit them to your kitchen:
